On behalf of the National Scientific Medical Center, I am pleased to welcome you to Digestive Synergy 2026, taking place on 25–26 September in Astana. The conference will bring together leading experts in gastroenterology, surgery, colorectal surgery, and related disciplines. «Digestive Synergy 2026» is a prestigious professional platform dedicated to promoting collaboration, sharing cutting-edge knowledge, and advancing best practices in gastroenterology, hepatology, and gastrointestinal surgery. We are proud that this event is the result of close cooperation between Kazakhstan's leading medical institutions and professional societies. This year, the conference will be held in a hybrid format, allowing even greater participation from healthcare professionals across Kazakhstan and abroad. Laparoscopic Restorative Proctocolectomy with Ileal
Pouch–Anal Anastomosis (IPAA) for Patients with
Inflammatory Bowel Disease

The workshop will feature a live demonstration of laparoscopic restorative proctocolectomy with ileal pouch–anal anastomosis (IPAA) in a patient with inflammatory bowel disease.

Participants will learn about:

Modern surgical management of IBD
Patient selection for restorative surgery
Technical aspects of laparoscopic proctocolectomy
Construction of an ileal pouch
Ileal pouch–anal anastomosis
Prevention and management of postoperative complications

Intended Audience

Аббасова Анастасия Владимировна (Россия)

Врач-гастроэнтеролог, выпускница Первого МГМУ им. И. М. Сеченова, автор популярного медицинского блога, посвященного вопросам гастроэнтерологии и доказательной медицины.
В своих социальных сетях Анастасия Владимировна рассказывает о заболеваниях желудочно-кишечного тракта, помогает пациентам ориентироваться в современной медицине и демонстрирует, как врачу выстраивать доверительное общение с многотысячной аудиторией, сохраняя профессиональную этику.

Приказчиков Александр Максимович (Россия)

Практикующий врач-гастроэнтеролог, автор образовательного медицинского блога. Активно занимается медицинским просвещением в социальных сетях, рассказывая простым и понятным языком о заболеваниях органов пищеварения, принципах доказательной медицины и современных подходах к лечению. Его блог является примером эффективной коммуникации врача с пациентами в цифровом пространстве.

Габдильашимова Зарема Толымбековна (Казахстан)

Доктор медицинских наук, профессор, врач акушер-гинеколог высшей категории, основатель и генеральный директор Evidence Clinic (Астана). Практикующий врач с многолетним клиническим, научным и педагогическим опытом. Профессор кафедры акушерства и гинекологии Медицинского университета Астана. Более 20 лет занимается подготовкой молодых специалистов, сочетая клиническую практику, научную деятельность, руководство медицинским центром и развитие профессионального сообщества. На мастер-классе поделится опытом построения личного бренда врача, развития медицинского центра через экспертный контент и эффективного совмещения клинической практики, науки, бизнеса и социальных сетей.
